Gap Inc. Global Benefits Department, located in San Francisco, CA, has an opening for a Program Manager, Leaves and Disability, reporting to the Director, Health and Welfare Benefits.

Program Management 

• Leads and supports analysis, review and design of disability, leaves and life insurance programs. Monitors and reports benchmarking metrics to determine areas of opportunity or concern; recommends how to effectively control costs and maintain or improve productivity and care of employees 
• Manages annual contract renewal process, review renewal, rate proposals, suggested design changes. Work directly with carriers to evaluate and measure impact of potential changes, make recommendations for annual renewal; prepare materials for Director and Sr. Director review 
• Manage annual performance review of outsourced leave/disability administrator, articulate reporting needs, review results and service levels, establish ongoing service level agreement, ensure training and staffing are at required levels, follow up any outstanding issues that may arise. Develop and maintain internal dashboard of metrics related to leaves, disability and life insurance programs...
