Position Description:
- Responsible for the design, process management, and communication of the health and welfare benefit programs, and related programs and services including leaves of absence and wellness that enable Gap Inc.'s people, operating and growth strategies.
- Plans and directs the development of new, improved and /or cost effective health care benefit plans.
- Ensures compliance with all business and legal plan requirements
