IRS publishes frequently asked questions on large plan audits
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently revised its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on its Employee Plans Team Audit (EPTA) program. The FAQs include information about the program, how companies are selected, the administrative burden imposed by the audit, and how companies can address any problems discovered in an audit.
