The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced that it will hold a webinar on "Correcting Retirement Plan Mistakes Using IRS Correction Programs" on September 4 at 2 pm ET. The IRS indicates that the discussion will address the IRS's correction programs that are available under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS), the Voluntary Closing Agreement Program (VCAP), common failures and how to correct them, and procedural tips that could facilitate the processing of VCP submissions.
