The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced that it
will hold a phone forum on “Related Employers” on May 22, 2014 at 2 pm ET. The
IRS states that they will “cover issues affecting related employers such as
controlled and affiliated service groups, how the IRS reviews and evaluates
these groups and how applicants can receive reliance on a determination
letter.” The IRS requests that all questions be emailed to them by May 15,
2014.
