HHS Announces New Transitional Reinsurance Fee and Out-of-Pocket Limits

In "HHS Announces 2015 Transitional Reinsurance Fee and Out-of-Pocket Limits", Towers Watson explains that:

"Self-insured health plans and insured plans must pay the transitional reinsurance fee for each person with major medical coverage, as required by the PPACA. The transitional reinsurance fee drops from $63 per covered life for 2014 to $44 per covered life for 2015. Out-of-pocket limits for 2015 are $6,600 for individual coverage and $13,200 for family coverage."
